Court Filing Fees lists court filing fees for divorce and adult name changes. It is independent, has no link to any court or law firm, and is not legal advice.

• Each fee comes from the state court fee schedule, the statute that sets it, or the county court's fee schedule where counties set fees.
• Where an official page could not be read, we used a copy from a legal aid site or legal publisher and mark it "secondary".
• Where a county fee is shown, the county is named. Other counties may differ.
• A fact we could not confirm is left out, never guessed. A state is published once at least one of the two main fees is confirmed.

Corrections

If a fee has changed, it is checked against the court's own schedule and every change is dated in the change log. No payment is accepted to change, add or remove anything.
